This Privacy Policy describes how Aviation Data Group (“we” or “ADG”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you interact with our Site (www.airworthy.com), as well as emails we send (the “Site”). 

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our Site for membership or purchase of product. Information collected, as appropriate, during the registration/ purchase process may include the following: 

  • Contact Information and any other information you choose to provide us when you sign up for the free trial or to purchase a subscription including: (1) name, (2) company name (3) e-mail address, (4) mailing/ billing/ shipping addresses, and (5) telephone number.
  • Financial information related to any transactions you enter into with us such as credit card information or other similar financial information to process a transaction.  

When you interact with the Site, certain information about your use of our Site is automatically collected. This includes:

  • Usage details about your interaction with our Site (such as the date, time, and length of visits, and specific pages or content accessed during the visits, search terms, frequency of the visits, referring website addresses);
  • Device information including the IP address and other details of a device that you use to connect with our Site (such as device type, operating system, browser type, and mobile network information);
  • Location information where you choose to provide the Site with access to information about your device’s location and our software may collect GPS information; and
  • Site usage information. We collect information about your interaction with the Site, including the pages viewed and how you reached our Site.

You may, however, visit our Site anonymously if you do not wish to have membership or purchase.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Aviation Data Group is committed to protecting consumer credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our alignment with this standard is reflected in the people, technologies and processes we employ. We may engage third party service providers to assist with processing payments.

We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests in accordance with the PCI DSS requirements for our business model. In addition, our PCI compliance is attested to annually by a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). 

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (e.g., credit cards) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a Site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the Sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits, keep track of advertisements and compile aggregate data about Site traffic and Site interaction so that we can offer better Site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our Site visitors. 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

All users of our Site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their dashboard, clicking "My Profile" and selecting "Change" to a specific information type.

No Use By Children

We do not knowingly or intentionally gather personal information about children who are under the age of 13. If a child has provided us with personal information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us at support@airworthy.com to have the information deleted from our records. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible and cease the use of that information in accordance with applicable law.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This online Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Site and not to information collected offline. We are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of the third parties that operate or interact with those websites.
